Hi there!
I’m a Hong Kong-born, Taipei, and Shanghai raised strategist who lives in Honolulu by way of New York and San Francisco.
I’ve been lucky to make great work with many companies while at Dropbox, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Naked Communications, and Wieden+Kennedy. This includes everything from developing Dropbox’s first brand architecture, making fun of marketers for Adobe, getting ridiculous at the Superbowl for Doritos, and doing the strategy work for the Milwaukee Bucks rebrand.
I’m currently a freelance brand strategy consultant. I’m focused on helping with foundational brand positioning, visual identities, brand architecture, advertising campaigns, qualitative research, and competitive analyses.
My personal creative practice is a big part of my work. On that front, I enjoy facilitating connections between people and the cities they inhabit. Some of these projects include an anonymous phone number where thousands of strangers left voicemails for each other, an installation on Market Street in San Francisco, and a coloring book for folks who've recently gone through a breakup.
In my spare time, I’m a hoops junkie, an ex-online poker player who miraculously recovered his funds from the DOJ, and a cyclist who somehow misses the hills of San Francisco.
